Also, BBAK has recently published an Aspiring Innkeeper's Start-up Guide. This was a joint effort with the University of Kentucky's School of Human Environmental Services Department. This comprehensive guide will be a useful tool for anyone interested in starting a Bed & Breakfast in Kentucky.
