Belle of Louisville Riverboat Tours

The Belle of Louisville is a steamboat originally built in 1914. It's the only remaining authentic steamboat from the packet boat era and has been operating so long that it's become the most traveled steamboat in American History. It's an icon of the Louisville waterfront.

A recent addition to the fleet is the Mary M. Miller, a propeller-driven riverboat named after America's first female steamboat captain. Visitors aboard this boat will enjoy modern amenities while still surrounding themselves with old fashioned charm.

Louisville Riverboat Cruises

Miller is sure to satisfy. Guests will see sights such as the world's largest clock, several historic bridges, Waterfront parks, and more.

BBQ Picnic

What could be more magical than enjoying an amazing meal while sailing along the Ohio River? Guests can choose from a variety of dining options aboard the Belle of Louisville.

Every saturday around lunch guests can enjoy a barbeque picnic while cruising the river on this two-hour excursion. Drinks are available for purchase from the bar and live music will be played.

Pancakes and Paddlewheels

One of the most beloved weekend traditions aboard the Mary H. Miller is Pancakes and Paddlewheels. Hop aboard and enjoy a mimosa, bloody Mary, and a stack of fresh pancakes as you ride down the river. There are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available upon request.

The boat boards at 11am each Sunday. Dress appropriately for the weather, especially if it's a hot day.

Captain's Dinner

The Captain's Dinner is a special event aboard the Belle of Louisville. Guests will enjoy a delectable meal prepared by professional chefs including a bottle of red or white wine. After the meal, guests will enjoy a private behind-the-scenes tour of this historic vessel and get an opportunity to meet the Master Captain Mark Doty and crew.

Even off limits areas will be explored including the engine room, boiler rooms, and even the rooftop pilot house, which has the best views of anywhere aboard the vessel. Guests will round off the night with a sunset cruise before dropping guests off at around 10pm. This is a special event, and cocktail attire is appropriate.

If you're not a fan of fancy events but still want to enjoy dinner on the water, you'll love steamboat supper cruises. The ship boards at 7pm and each guest will enjoy a dinner of comfort foods such as fried chicken, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and chocolate chip cookies. Come dressed casually and enjoy the full bar and live music.
