Louisville, KY – The Bed & Breakfast Association of Kentucky has announced its 5 Star Hospitality Service Award Recipients. The Awards Program is based upon Guest Voting and qualitative reviews of nearly 50,000 independent B&B Guest reviews submitted to the association and review evaluations from TripAdvisor.
The following award winners were recognized for their 5 Star Hospitality Service to Kentucky's B&B Travelers:

Travel Reviews are the most important factor when choosing a B&B. In fact, according to a recent industry survey, 96% of consumers consider reviews to be somewhere between important and essential when selecting a place to stay, and 12% will not make a reservation at a lodging property without them. "We're delighted to recognize these distinguished B&B Members, which represent the finest B&Bs in Kentucky based on Travelers Reviews" explained Bed & Breakfast Association of Kentucky Board President, Deborah Messenger.
Annual BBAK Conference Awards were also recently announced:
BBAK President's Award: Todd Allen – Owner/Innkeeper, Maple Hill Manor in Springfield and Bourbon Manor in Bardstown, Rita Smart – Owner/Innkeeper, The Bennett House B&B in Richmond, Ron Wallace – Owner/Innkeeper, The Ruin B&B in Versailles.
BBAK Region Representatives of the Year: Jen Warner – Owner/Innkeeper, First Farm Inn in Petersburg and Anton Giovanetto – Owner/Innkeeper, Lyndon House B&B in Lexington.
BBAK's Best New Innkeepers of the Year: Sharon & John Dills - Owners/Innkeepers, Old Louisville Fleur de Lis B&B in Louisville.
BBAK Green Lodging Innkeeper of the Year: Jen Warner – Owner/Innkeeper, First Farm Inn in Petersburg.
