More About Keynote Speaker, Sherri Carter
Sherri Carter, principal of the design firm Dobaydesign, LLC, has been building high quality websites for the travel and tourism industry for years. Her career in hospitality marketing began as the "Design Department of One" for the Humboldt County Convention and Visitors Bureau in Northern California where she worked for years in both print and web design. Today, Dobaydesign builds projects that range from small independent property sites to large, dynamic database-driven destination marketing websites for CVBs and other DMOs. Dobay has built sites for much of Northern California's tourism industry including DMO sites for Mendocino, Tuolumne, Humboldt and Del Norte counties. Other clients include the Huntingdon County CVB in Central PA and many independent properties and boutique inns and lodgings nationwide.

Additionally, Sherri is an accomplished equestrian painter www.dobayart.com, she owns a small award-winning boutique wine company making Rhone style wines in Napa Valley www.rubykurant.com, and has recently published her first book: Daily Decadence: The Art of Sensual Living with a foreword by James Laube of Wine Spectator magazine, which is available on her website daily-decadence.com as well as Amazon. Her new Daily Decadence app is now available for iPhone on iTunes.
