The Awards Program is based upon Guest Voting and qualitative reviews of over 50,000 independent B&B Guest reviews submitted to the association and review evaluations from Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and various online B&B Directories.

In fact, according to a recent industry survey, 96% of consumers consider reviews to be somewhere between important and essential when selecting a place to stay, and 12% will not make a reservation at a lodging property without them.
