Cranberry Butter Cake
Recipe Submitted by the First Farm Inn

Beat 3 eggs with 2 cups sugar for 5 minutes.
Add 3/4 cup very soft butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat 2 more minutes.
Stir in 2 cups flour then 12 oz fresh (or frozen) washed and drained cranberries.
Spread in a buttered 9x13. Bake @ 350 for 40-50 minutes until very lightly browned and a toothpick comes out clean.
