Announcing a new Kentucky Cookbook, "Room at the Table," A collection of recipes from the premier Bed & Breakfasts of Kentucky. This book commemorates the 20th Anniversary of the Bed & Breakfast Association of Kentucky, comprised of nearly 100 Bed & Breakfasts and Small Country Inns across the state, which are all quality-inspected. The new cookbook includes gourmet recipes and beautiful photography of prepared dishes, featured Inns, and extraordinary landscapes representing Kentucky.
The hard-bound cookbook is 10 x 10 inches, 128 pages with full color, professional photographs. McClanahan Publishing House in Kuttawa, Kentucky produced the cookbooks and the photography was provided by Master Photographer, Robin Victor Goetz of Northern Kentucky .
