The Patten Everett House Bed & Breakfast

We want your stay at The Patten Everett House to be as relaxing and comfortable for you as possible and so we offer these accommodations:

The Patten Suite is located on the first floor of the home.  The bedroom is furnished with antiques and has a queen sized bed and a working gas fireplace.  The adjoining sitting room has a love seat that converts to a twin bed.  The private bath boasts a hand painted floor.  Maximum capacity for this suite is three.  Adjacent to the sunroom, this suite has a private entrance.

Up the winding staircase, on the second floor, the Everett Suite has a large bedroom with a cozy fireplace, a small sitting room, and a private bath.  The suite is furnished with antiques and has a queen sized bed.  Maximum capacity for the Everett Suite is two.*


*Additional room with full sized bed down the hall from the Everett Suite if needed.

Amenities include: In room TV and DVD.  Wireless Internet for  your laptop.  Gathering Room.  Full breakfast served.  Evening Snacks.  Private parking.  

Room Rates:  Basic suite rate $130 plus tax per night for two guests.  Additional guest extra.  Call for details. 50% Deposit Required.  Rates subject to change.

In the event of cancellation, please notify us with 72 hours of arrival in order to avoid charges of one night's stay or 50% for reservations of two nights or more.

The Patten Everett House provides a smoke free, pet free environment.  No children under 12 please.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:
The Patten Everett House is located in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, a community of approximately 7,000.  In recent years, Mount Sterling has been voted as one of the Best 100 Communities for Young People.  Mount Sterling is the county seat of Montgomery County, and is known as the Gateway to the Mountains.  It is located 30 miles east of Lexington, Kentucky, and is within a short drive of some of Kentucky's most extraordinary tourist attractions including:
