Snug Hollow Farm B&B
Snuggled in the mountains of Kentucky, Snug Hollow Farm invites guests to enjoy their Kentucky experience from the "heart of the state"
A 300 acre farm of unspoiled beauty. Guests say it feels like home and its charm inspires and comforts the soul. You hear the sound of silence here. The restored chestnut log cabin with a panaramic view is your little home in the mountains. The handmade quilts, featherbeds and blazing fireplace are just some of the many comforts thought lost to the modern world.
THE CABIN by the CREEK is hidden in the trees with wrap around porches and an unforgettable view of the sky and wildlife.Perfect for honeymoons or single retreats. Roomy and open, this cabin has a queen bed/ a full bath/shower and partial kitchen with fridge, microwave, teapot, coffeepot, blender & crock-pot, dishes and more.
The spacious sitting room has a dining table and a cozy sunny sitting area with a gas fireplace, library and a panoramic view of the farm. Single beds may be added. It is furnished with comfortable furniture, books, radio, and antiques. The cabin is a short walk from the main house and is nestled in the trees that make it very private. Guests come to the farmhouse for breakfast. Perfect for honeymoons, anniversary celebrations or single retreats! Guests are welcome to enjoy the farmhouse amenities as well
The farmhouse with its many windows, antiques and porches with rocking chairs sets the scene for quiet, intimate relaxation.
Seasons are spectacular with wildlife, birding and wildflower walks to enhance your visit. The library and sunroom are perfect for a lazy afternoon. We offer board games, and music for all ages. No television. The bedrooms are reminiscent of Grandmas house. Guests may walk in our gardens or enjoy the hammock by the pond.
Gourmet vegetarian meals including hearty breakfasts, lunches and elegant dinners are treats to remember. Look for our new cookbook "Hot Food & Warm Memories" on our website.

R. MillerWe have know visited SnugHollow 5 times in the past year and a half. This is my favorite B & B to escape to. Barbara, the innkeeper, goes above and beyond on making your visit a slice of heaven. The breakfasts are so large there is no need to eat lunch and her dinners are divine. The chocolate tart is my favorite dessert. You can hike, read, fish, sleep or whatever you enjoy on this beautiful farm.
