Halcomb's Knob offers affordable and comfortable accommodations to RELAX, RETREAT, and REFRESH. Whether as our guest, you choose to sit on the wrap-around deck overlooking the rolling knobs of Kentucky's countryside, take a hike along one of the four forested trails, or lay beneath the night's celestial array; Halcomb's Knob showcases the welcome of Southern hospitality.

Go ahead, turn off the cell phone, leave your laptop at home; take a deep breath; leave your cares behind. Image a warm welcome, the wag of a friendly tail, a soothingly appointed guest room and a plateful of warm-from-the-oven cookies. Wake up to the rich aroma of fresh brewed organic roasted coffee and freshly baked breads and muffins. A full breakfast is served each morning to our guests, with ingredients harvested from our own farm as well as area agricultural producers.

Main dishes vary by season, but all are scrumptious. Some of our guests' favorites include: Apricot-Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast, Breakfast Strata with Fresh Tomatoes, Pumpkin-Pecan Pancakes, and Quiche Lorraine. We use only organic milk and free-range eggs purchased from a neighboring farm. Many of the herbs, vegetables, and fruits are freshly picked from the Knob's permaculture gardens and orchard.
