Farm House Inn
The Farm House Inn is a destination for those seeking retreat on a farm within a forest. Ideal for musicians, artists, writers, photographers - seekers of renewal and close contact with forest, wildlife, clifflines, waterfalls-the diverse flora and fauna of south central Kentucky's Daniel Boone National Forest. Cathedrals of trees, rock outcrops and the solitude of the forest may refresh the spirit. Good Spring Farm, home to beef cattle, a laying flock, a few dogs and cats and the Taylor family for 150 years is a KY historic farm. Built in 1920, the core of the Inn is a log cabin with added rooms, now renovated for the comfort of guests. The Breakfast room, c. 2003, offers large windows on the farm and forest. Good Spring Farm is surrounded by the Daniel Boone National Forest and is 9 miles from Cumberland Falls State Park. Also close by, the Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area.
