Indiana (IBBA), Kentucky (BBAK) and Ohio (OBBA) are state organizations of inspected bed and breakfasts, inns, retreats, and guest houses.  Only properties that pass a rigorous inspection process can earn distinction of membership. Members therefore represent the very best in personalized lodging in the state of Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. The innkeepers, associate members, and aspiring innkeepers that will attend this conference are an important market that you will want to meet and greet with to promote your products.

A Vendor Showcase will be held on Monday, January 12th, from 9: 00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. at the French Lick Resort.  Exhibitors will be in the main meeting room where the keynote presentation, general session, and a portion of the workshops will be held for maximum exposure.

Exhibitor set-time is on Sunday, January 11th.  9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Exhibitor break-down Monday, January 12th.  4:15 pm – 5:15 p.m.

“The Showcase Give-Away” - - - - - - - - - Each exhibitor is asked to provide one gift item for an organized prize drawing. Your “Showcase Give-Away” gift item can either be from your company’s product / service line or an unrelated item that innkeepers would appreciate receiving.

Other Sponsorship opportunities - - - - - - - - - are available in addition to Vendor Conference participation. You may wish to sponsor a breakfast, lunch, morning or afternoon break.  The cost to sponsor a meal is $300 - $600; a break $150.00. Partial sponsorship is available for a minimum donation of $75.00. All sponsors will be recognized in program and in post-conference IBBA and BBAK, OBBA newsletters and conference announcements.

If you would like to participate in the conference but cannot attend, you may for a $30 fee, send us your collated and Ready–to-display literature and/or samples. Remember, that a great way for innkeepers to experience the quality of your product service is to offer it as a door prize.  Please let us know if this is something you would like to do. Confirmation of your conference information will be mailed to you.  We look forward to collaborating with you again or for the first time to make this conference a great success.

IBBA & BBAK CONFERENCE and TRADE SHOW 2009

This trade show takes place at the Tri-State Conference of the Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio Bed and Breakfast Associations. Between 150 and 175 conference attendees are expected from IBBA and BBAK member facilities, associate members, aspiring innkeepers and non-member innkeepers.
